Romanian wines in the wine country
Romanian producer of wines, French tasters, journalists and guests were all gathered in Paris to attend the presentation of wines, organized by the Romanian Embassy together with the international organization of wine.

Romania is the sixth European wine producer and fifth largest in terms of area under vines.
Romanian producer of wines, French tasters, journalists and guests were all gathered in Paris to attend the presentation of wines, organized by the Romanian Embassy together with the international organization of wine.
Romania is the sixth producing wines from Europe, and presentation in Paris shows that still is held on French market, although France is the largest producer.
Hard not to sell the first bottle, but the second to the same buyer.
In addition to selling wine in France is tricky, but a presentation of the Romanian in Paris gives pride to the manufacturer that comes to wear their wines as well as the meaning of belonging to an international group confraternity.
Intergovernmental international organization of vine and wine, based in Paris, it would make regular presentations of the producers in each Member State. This week also has come its turn.
Federico Castelucci, director-general says that Romania is one of the oldest and, certainly, one of the most influential "of the organisation.
"As a general manager, I think that we need to support countries in the organization to make themselves known. We are a scientific and technical organization, but we are doing everything to enable the consumer to taste and enjoy the wine products of the various
Member countries. So it was almost a duty to show them our consumers positive developments: the wine sector.
"To restructure a vineyard is expensive, requires time, the result is not always secure, and international competition is strong and aggressive. I have very good Romanian wine tasting, with a structure of quality. In addition, there are beautifully presented, I am referring to the label, which must not be only astounding, but also refined, where we are trying to sell wine, but not the label sells, of course, quality is paramount, "said Federico Castelucci.

Although the timing is not good, given the financial crisis affecting the whole of Europe, a presentation of the Romanian wines can only be as auspicious-appreciated the Romanian Ambassador in Paris, Bogdan Mazuru.
"We had the idea to organize this event and is always a pleasure to organise events around wine, a wine that can be discovered by a country like France, the largest producer of wine in Europe and have always thought Romanian wines can find niches here in France. I had the joy to participate in our event, many journalists and sommeliers of

In recognition of the wine sector in the last 10-15 years, Bucharest will host next year, from 3 to 7 June, World Congress of Wine.
