Victor Hănescu qualified for Nice Open final
Romanian tennis player Victor Hănescu beat Ukrainian Alexandr Dolgopolov 6-3, 6-3 and will take on the winner of the match between Tomas Berdych and Nicolas Almagro in the Nice Open final.

Romanian tennis player Victor Hănescu, ranked 69 in the world, qualified on Friday for the Nice Open final, after defeating world number 23 and sifth seed Alexandr Dolgopolov 6-3, 6-3.
The Nice Open offers prizes worth 450, 0000 euro.
Ukrainian Alexandr Dolgopolov and Victor Hănescu also met this year in the second round of the Masters Tournament in Indian Wells, when the Ukrainian beat Hănescu 6-4, 6-4.
Victor Hănescu will play in the final against the winner of the match that took place between the second and third favourite players of the competition, Czech player Tomas Berdych, 6 ATP, and Spanish player Nicolas Almagro, 12 ATP.
The Romanian has received a cheque of a 38, 200 euro and 150 ATP points.
Thus, Victor Hănescu will play for the fifth time in his career in an ATP final (the first this year), after playing in the other finals held in Bucharest ( 2007), Gstaad (208), Stuttgart (2009) and Casablanca (2010).
Throughout his career he has won a single title at Gstaad.
