All the illegal constructions on the beach has to be demolished, irrespective of the location and hotel operators should be determined to capitalize their landmarks potential, has affirmed the tourism minister Cristian Petrescu.
“Any construction that does not respect the distance between location and beach has to become legal. Also, we study an initiative to overtax the touristic landmarks that are not used, but we have to see how constitutional this thing is.”
Cristian Petrescu sustains that infrastructure works at the road bridge from Agigea could allow traffic on two lanes during summer.
“In terms of new season perspective I can also say that we received insurances from the transportations minister that around the Agigea road bridge the circulation will be made during this summer on two lanes, on every road sense, but with speed limit”, has declared the minister.
The executive director of Basin Administration Dobrogea Litoral, Marian Mitrea, states that almost all the beach sectors were leased.
“Until now, 97 percent of the beach sectors from Mamaia were awarded by private operators who will administrate them during this summery season and until today over 70 percent of these have already taken under their administration.
“Generally, most of the touristic beaches were taken by private operators, starting with Vama Veche, 2 Mai, Neptun, Costineşti and Eforie Nord, where cleaning and raising sand work were finalized”, has affirmed Marian Mitrea.
The summery season will start on April 28, has declared the minister Cristian Petrescu.
“The summery season opening from this year will be on April 28, event for which we have prepared numerous surprises to tourists who will be at seaside”, has declared the minister.
The tourism minister Cristian Petrescu has visited Saturday more beaches and hotels from the seaside, in order to assess the preparation stage for opening the summery season.
