The Plenum of the Parliament adopted the 2025 state budget law

The Plenum of the Parliament adopted on wednesday the draft law on the state budget for 2025. There were 254 votes in favor and 192 against.
The budget is built on economic growth of 2.5% and a budget deficit of 7% of GDP.
Senators and deputies also adopted the 2025 state social insurance budget law. Debates in the joint plenary exceeded 8 hours, notes RRA reporter Alina Stanuta.
