The Central Electoral Bureau admitted four more candidates to the presidential elections

The Central Electoral Bureau admitted four more candidates to the presidential elections: Silviu Predoiu - from the National Action League party, Anamaria Gavrila - leader of the Young People's Party, Sebastian Constantin Popescu - from the New Romania Party, and Daniel Funeriu as an independent.
Seven other candidates were rejected: Oana Cretu, nominated by the United Social Democratic Party, and independents Remus Pricopie, Gelu Dragan, Constantin-Titian Filip, Gicu-Romeo Tita, Petru Mandru and Maria Marcu.
Until now, Nicusor Dan, Crin Antonescu, Victor Ponta, George Simion, Elena Lasconi, Lavinia Sandru, Cristian Terhes and Ion Banu Muscel were also admitted as candidates.
On Thursday, March 20, the validated candidates and electoral signs will become final, and two days later the order of the candidates will be determined.
