Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Brexit's rejection

Rejection of the Brexit Agreement by the British Parliament could lead, according to analysts, to a serious crisis in the United Kingdom. Thus, several scenarios are currently being considered: from early elections to a second referendum.

Romanian Foreign Minister Teodor Meleşcanu, said that without an agreement, it would be possible for Romanians in the UK to be affected.

According to RRA Reporter Andrei Şerban, Minister Meleşcanu expressed hope, however, that the regime of the projects already accepted by both the British Government and the European Union will be respected, in which case Romanians in the UK will not be affected.
