Romania: New cases of COVID, less than a week ago

Almost 11.500 new cases of COVID were announced today in Romania.
That's almost 6.000 less than a week ago. The test positive rate was about 18 percent.
Nearly 8.400 infected people are hospitalized, of which 1.030 are in Intensive Care Units.
Another 119 associated deaths were also reported.
Among those who died were a baby from Suceava County, without comorbidities, and a 25-year-old man from Olt County, who also suffered from other diseases and was not vaccinated.
