Prosecutor “raised documents on voters lists”
Prosecutors from the Public Prosecutor near ÎCCJ ordered the lifting from the institutions with attributions in the referendum of voters lists documents.

Prosecutor near the High Court of Cassation and Justice(ÎCCJ) announced through a statement that prosecutors ordered the lifting from the Permanent Electoral Authority as well as from the company designated to perform technical procedures copies of the permanent electoral lists and more lists of originally voters’ signatures used in the national referendum on President Băsescu's dismissal, dated July 29, 2012.
Press Office of the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court also said, however, that have been raised by the Directorate for Personal Records and Database Administration the copies of the electoral lists that were made available to local authorities, i.e. the permanent electoral list in electronic format.
Also, from the Directorate for Personal Records and Database Management and the Central Electoral Bureau was risen the statistic situation at national level regarding the distribution of voters to polling stations in electoral lists permanent copies.
From the National Authority for Citizenship was required the numerical breakdown situation per year since the establishment of the institution, of persons who have been granted Romanian citizenship, persons who regained citizenship and those who have renounced their Romanian citizenship.
According to the Prosecutor, they were also raised from the Directorate General of Passports and Personal Records and Administration Department Database, in electronic format and optical support the identification data of the Romanian citizens who took up residence abroad.
Also, the copies of the minutes, on paper, from all polling stations set up for national referendum on July 29, were raised by the Constitutional Court.
The Supreme Court prosecutor resumed the criminal offense in terms of abuse to the police superintendent Constantin Manoloiu and Secretary of State in the Ministry of Interior, Ioan Nicolae Căbulea.
Also, the general prosecutor of Romania asked the parliament to start procedures for the lodging of the initiation of prosecutions against former deputy minister for internal administration and Victor Paul Dobre, in terms of the offense of abuse within office.
