Positive opinion from the OECD regarding corporate governance

Romania has received a positive opinion from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development on corporate governance, Corina Cretu, acting president of the Agency for Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Enterprise Performance, announced on Facebook.
She claims that Romania has managed in the last three months to fulfill the requirements of the European Commission, such as the publication of minimum performance indicators for state-owned enterprises, the collection of all the points of view, the drafting of the text that was adopted by Government Decision on the Law on Ownership, the adoption and publication of the procedure for control and sanctions for enterprises that do not meet their minimum obligations in terms of profit, indicators or selection procedures in the boards of directors.
