"Average price of a box of pills has doubled in the last seven years," writes Ziarul Financiar.
This would be the explanation that the results of healthcare displease everybody, although Romania spends annually up to 25 percent more for the pills. In 2005, a box of pills cost an average of 9.5 lei, and last year came to 22 lei.
About "crooked legs of the Romanian economy", we read in România Liberă. World Bank forecasts a GDP growth of only 1.2 percent this year, compared to 1.5 percent. What are millstones hanging from Romanian economy’s neck? The banking system is concentrated in the hands of few banks and the Greek ones have high weight, exports go mainly to the European Union and foreign investments are declining.
It is possible to find out today who will represent us within the European Council on June 28. "Băsescu-Ponta dispute could end today," writes National Journal. Prime Minister insisted on going because he has the invitation of the European Union president and the head of state sustained yesterday that he cannot resign from his Duty, but will not object if Parliament will find a legal form.
In this match, Day Event believes that President Băsescu "gives check to Ponta: Constitution against Brussels'. The head of state put last night again the issue on the table in exchange for his resignation on modification the Constitution and presidential elections in line with the legislation.
"Total war in the PDL. Who leaves?" România Liberă wonders. The old camp of the party, pushed on the edge in 2011, asks Emil Boc the account for the failure registered at local election. His fate seems sealed, believes România Liberă.
In Jurnalul Naţional we read: "PDL, on the verge of explosion. Berceanu's announcement that he will ask today Boc’s resignation raised storm within the party". The entire leadership of the party should go, says the Liberal Senator - a proposal that has found plenty of adherents. From another camp, vice president of PDL Sever Voinescu wrote yesterday on Facebook: "Losers ask resignation of those who won and, unfortunately, their choir is predominantly".
From Adevărul we find that "Romanians will soon see their day-dreaming", "Highway Sun, ready in two weeks". The last section is working hard. After completion, the trip to the seaside will take less than two hours, because mighty limit will increase to 130 kilometers per hour outside the settlements.
