Romanian President Klaus Iohannis has signed, on Wednesday, the decree by which Deputy Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu takes over as Interim Minister of National Defense.
Ciolacu's appointment as Interim Minister of the National Defense comes after the resignation of Defense Minister Adrian Ţuţuianu, who lost his position over 'poor communication' regarding the payment of the salaries for the army staff.
