Last day of parliamentary hearings for the Orban II Government
A parliamentary vote on the new Government is scheduled for February 24.

Members of the Orban II Government have undergone, for three days, hearings in the parliamentary committees.
Five ministers have been scheduled for Wednesday - Adrian Oros (Agriculture and rural development), Victor Costache (Health), Marcel Bolos (European funds), Violeta Alexandru (Labour Minister), and Lucian Bode (Transport).
In the previous two days of hearings, on Monday and Tuesday, only three ministers received a positive opinion: Nicolae Ciucă (Defense), Virgil Popescu (Economy, energy and the business environment), and Bogdan Aurescu (Foreign Affairs).
All the other ministers received negative opinion: Florin Cîțu (Finance), Costel Alexe (Environment), Marcel Vela (Internal Affairs), Ion Ștefan (Development), Ionuț Stroe (Youth and sports), Cătălin Predoiu (Justice), Monica Anisie (Education) and Bogdan Gheorghiu (Culture).
Committees are now to draw up a joint, reasoned advisory opinion.
A parliamentary vote on the new Government is scheduled for February 24.
