Extraordinary session of Parliament, "Monday at 15:00"
Parliament will meet in plenary on Monday at 15.00 to read CCR’s decision on the referendum, declared the President of Chamber of Deputies, Valeriu Zgonea.

Permanent Offices of parliament gathered on convening an extraordinary session of the two Houses for reading CCR’s decision on July 29 referendum complied with working quorum.
The gathered plenum of the two Houses of Parliament for reading the decision of the Constitutional Court on the July 29 referendum will meet on Monday at 15:00, said at the end of the meeting the President of the Chamber of Deputies, Valeriu Zgonea.
He specified it was decided that the meeting should take place on Monday so that the lawmakers to have time to come to Bucharest, in order to be achieved the work quorum.
The President of the Chamber said that Monday will be held in plenary only the reading of CCR's decision on the referendum and the parliament will take notice.
Valeriu Zgonea said that, in his opinion, from the Court's decision within the plenary of the two chambers of parliament could take about an hour until the document to be published in the Official Gazette and Traian Basescu to officially return to the position of head of State.
Constitutional Court ruled Tuesday that the referendum is not legally valid from the quorum point of view, but the organization and conduct of the referendum were respected.
The President of the Constitutional Court, Augustin Zegrean, confirmed that Traian Basescu will return to Cotroceni and to resume the duties as the head of state.
The decision was taken by the majority provided by law, respectively by a vote of two-thirds of the nine judges.
