European Commissioner for Environment, Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Karmenu Vella, is in Bucharest, on Thursday, 6 December, where he is invited to attend an international meeting on biodiversity conservation.
Event is organized by Romanian Ministry of Environment and Romanian Ministry of Defense in the series of Centenary anniversary projects, and aims to empower political decision-makers to ensure a pure nature for the generations to come.
European high official will meet with Romanian Minister of the Environment, Grațiela Gavrilescu, at a roundtable on Circular Economy he is to discuss issues related to waste collection and recycling.
