Constanta county: American aircraft, training flights at low altitudes

American aircraft stationed at the Mihail Kogalniceanu air base are carrying out training flights at low altitudes in the Constanta county area, Romanian Air Force representatives announced.

They say that the exercises will continue until February 28 and assure that all safety measures have been taken to reduce the noise impact on the civilian population.

Officials say that the training is aimed at increasing the response capacity of aircrew.
