Ciolacu: 7% deficit target cannot be achieved without the involvement of local authorities

Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu argues that the 7% deficit target for this year cannot be achieved without the involvement of local authorities.

He took part in the General Assembly of the Association of Municipalities, where he warned that the payments to them, especially those under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, must become a priority.
