Blizzard returns to the country in the following days

Meteorologists have issued snow warnings of yellow code valid until January the 19th. The blizzard gradually extends to Moldova,Crisana,Maramures,Transylvania and northern Oltenia.

On Friday, January the 18th, it will snow in Suceava, Neamt, Botosani, Bacau and in Iasi, Vaslui ,Vrancea will be mixed precipitation, favoring the deposition of ice.

On the most abundant part of the mountain will snow and the wind will blow hard, especially on peaks, with blizzard and shedding the snow, informs NMA.

In Banat, Oltenia, Muntenia and Dobrogea will rain, and the water quantities will exceed on close range 20 l / m.

The wind will have local, temporary intensifications, faster than in the south and southeast, where the gusts will exceed 50 km / h.



Snowfall extend between January the 18th, 18.00 - January the 19th, 15:00

On Friday night to Saturday and Saturday late morning it will snow in Moldova, Crisana, Maramures, Transylvania and northern Oltenia and Muntenia.

The wind will continue to blow hard in the mountains (over 90 km / h) and will have temporary intensifications, with speeds of 55 ... 60 km / h especially in Moldova and Banat Crisana, with blizzard and shedding snow.
