Administrative reform at the Chamber of Deputies, by organizing competitions

The administrative reform at the Chamber of Deputies will be carried out by organizing competitions and cutting costs, says the president of the institution, Ciprian Serban.
He assures that the process will be fair and transparent:
Ciprian Serban: They have held a competition for recruitment, there are more now than we will judge it necessary. They will have a competition, the first five, for example, if we decide that five remain in a structure, they will be the ones who qualify and remain. If we look at the whole number of staff, 1600, that would be somewhere around 12%, if we look at those who actually serve the Chamber of Deputies, 20%.
Comments were made in the context of protests by some Chamber of Deputies employees unhappy about the announced redundancies.
