President Traian Basescu criticized again the Romanian Member of the European Parliament (EP), Laszlo Tokes, because he asked Hungarian Prime Minister, Viktor Orban, Protectorate for Transylvania.
Transylvania cannot be the object of discussion or negotiation, said the president, because Transylvania cost the Romanian people enormously and the Romanian people gave its blood for Transylvania.
In recent days, National Liberal Party president, Crin Antonescu, said that president Traian Basescu should withdraw MEP Tokes Laszlo the Star of Romania order, in Knight Rank, as a gesture sanctioning his anti-Romanian attitude, which mister Tokes received for his role in December 1989 revolution.
