Trains will not circulate on Wednesday morning, as trade union leaders in the Commercial Movement Federation have not reached an arrangement following the talks with the railway companies representatives on Tuesday, on collective agreements.
The discussions took up about seven hours, but did not change the trade union leaders’ decision to trigger the warning strike.
"Tomorrow morning, between 7 and 9 am a warning strike will take place as a result of the conflict of interest triggered by the Commercial Movement Federation", declared Gheorghe Frăţică, President of the Federation.
All trains in circulation will be taken to the first station, and the ones in formation between the hours of 7 and 9 a.m., will stop.
"We have tried to defuse this conflict of interest. We had very good intentions. I can’t imagine what happened during the two days that made the agreement impossible", added Gheorghe Frăţică.
Railwaymen announced a warning strike last week, causing trains to stop circulating for two hours.
