Thursday: Almost 4 thousand new cases of COVID-19 in Romania

3.923 new cases of COVID-19 were reported on Thursday, February 25, in Romania, after almost 37.000 Real-time and rapid PCR tests were performed since the last update.
This means a positive rate of over 10%. Most new infections were registered in Bucharest, 523.
Timis and Maramures counties are listed as red areas, with an incidence of more than three cases per thousand inhabitants.
Authorities have announced another 81 deaths associated with the new coronavirus. 985 patients are hospitalized in ICUs.
