The new energy ordinance enters the debate in the Chamber of Deputies

Deputies must debate and vote next week on the new energy ordinance, which has been repeatedly postponed in the specialized committee.
Also at the Chamber of Deputies, the inister of labour, Marius Budai, is expected tomorrow afternoon to present a situation regarding the public pension system.
The minister of labour, Marius Budai, was invited by USR representatives, who want to know the status of the reduction of expenses with special pensions and the steps to fulfill the commitment assumed through the NRRP.
The Chamber of Deputies is also scheduled to vote on the request for approval of a computer search regarding the social-democratic deputy Daniel Tudorache. The former mayor of Sector 1 is being prosecuted for illegal and overvalued purchases during the COVID 19 pandemic.
At the same time, the citizens are waiting for a final vote from the Parliament on the capping of electricity tariffs, but also on the mechanism for the centralized purchase of electricity at a fixed price of 450 lei for one Megawatt-hour.
Senators and deputies also scheduled a joint meeting on Wednesday, and the agenda includes, among other things, more information from President Klaus Iohannis.
One of them refers to the fact that the United States and Spain will place two radars in Romania near the border with Ukraine, in order to improve NATO's anti-aircraft and anti-missile defense.
