Russia declared yesterday ten Romanian diplomats from the Romanian Embassy in Moscow persona non grata.
According to a RRA correspondent, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the expulsion of Romanian diplomats is the answer to Bucharest's April 5 decision to expel ten Russian diplomats.
In his turn, the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs recalled in a statement yesterday that this decision was motivated by the activities of the ten Russians, who contravened the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
