Romania's Prime Minister Victor Ponta started an official visit to Istanbul, in Turkey, where he attended the unveiling ceremony of a plaque in memory of Romanian Prince Constantin Brâncoveanu and his four sons imprisoned and then beheaded on August 15, 1714 in Constantinople (today's Istanbul).
