Presidential elections in Romania. Second round
Official exit polls will be announced at 21:00 (Bucharest time).

Romanians at home and abroad have gone to the polls on Sunday, 24 November, in the second round of the presidential elections where competitors are current President Klaus Iohannis (Liberal National Party), and former Prime Minister Viorica Dăncilă (Social Democratic Party).
Abroad, voting started on Friday, and by Sunday at 16:50 (Bucharest time), over 750,000 Romanians have voted, compared to 675,000 in the first round. More than 155,000 Romanians voted in Italy, 126,000 in the UK and Germany, and more than 100,000 in Spain. Four polling stations in London and one in Brussels recorded over 5,000 voters.
Voter turnout at national level as of Sunday, 18:00 was 44.31 pct, according to data provided by the Central Electoral Bureau. As many as 8,072,538 people voted, of whom 4,599,438 in urban areas, and 3,473,100 in rural areas. In Bucharest, the turnout at the polls was 46.22pct, says Agerpres.
Official exit polls will be announced at 21:00 (Bucharest time), when voting ends in Romania.
