Omar Hayssam has three warrants on his name
Omar Hayssam was placed in a remand retaining center of the Romanian Police, based on the three warrants of execution of prison sentence issued on his name, according to a press release of IGPR.
Omar Hayssam was sentenced on 29.06.2010 by the magistrates of the Court of Appeal to 3 years in prison for fraudulent bankruptcy.
On 30.10.2012 was issued on his name by the Court of Appeal Oradea the execution of imprisonment through which he was sentenced to 20 years in prison for terrorism.
On 23/11/2012 he was sentenced by the Bucharest Court to 16 years in prison for fraud with serious consequences and association to commit crimes.
