The government meets on Thursday to approve, among other things, the unblocking of more than 62.000 teaching posts in education, starting 30 April. From this date, competitions can be organised to fill the vacancies in both pre-university and state university education establishments.

Also on Thursday, ministers will amend legislation to give young mothers from disadvantaged backgrounds social vouchers to buy the necessary items to care for their newborn. The changes are necessary so as not to reduce the period during which this financial support is granted.
