Since the state of alert has ended, the presentation of the green certificate is no longer a condition of access to any space or to the entrance in the country, as no isolation or quarantine rules apply.

However, the document is useful, the Government spokesperson said, for those who travel to countries where there are regulations in this regard, the certificates issued in Romania being valid until the end of the year.

Moreover, it was pointed out that the electronic form for locating passengers at the entrance to the country must still be filled in, as the emergency ordinance by which this obligation was introduced is still in force.
