17 deaths caused by the new coronavirus were announced by the Romanian authorities today.
The total number of people who died of COVID-19 is now 1.651.
In the last 24 hours, 388 cases of infection with coronavirus were detected, 119 more than yesterday.
205 infected patients are now hospitalized in Intensive Care Units.
There are almost 900 people in quarantine, and almost 62.000 in isolation at home.
