Cartel Alfa asks the People's Advocate to appeal the ordinance on fiscal-budgetary measures to the CC

The trade union organization Cartel Alfa has asked the People's Advocate to appeal to the Constitutional Court the ordinance on fiscal-budgetary measures adopted by the Government at the end of 2024.
The trade unionists are contesting, first of all, the extension of the deadline for indexing pensions.
They also believe that by applying the provisions of the law, the standard of living of employees would decrease.
Cartel Alfa also contests the fact that the government would have been in an extraordinary situation, which would have given it the right to adopt this emergency ordinance.
