The exhibition brings together 100 works of the great artist, sculptures, drawings, photographs and video sequences, in a special concept created by the curator Doina Lemny.

Doina Lemny: Brancusi used to say: look at my work until you see them. That's why the pieces are isolated, so that they have individuality and you have time to properly see them.

The Brancusi exhibition is considered a peak moment of the "Timisoara - European Cultural Capital" program.

The Minister of Culture, Raluca Turcan: I think that the Art Museum in Timisoara has all the assets to develop. It received a boost with this exhibition and the fact that it was able to host it is a testament to its credibility and the fulfillment of exceptional conditions.

Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu was also present at the opening, along with other members of the Government. About 8.000 tickets have been reserved for the exhibition so far.
