A French and three Romanian military ships in Black Sea Exercises

Three Romanian and one French military ships will conduct, until Saturday, joint exercises in the territorial waters of Romania and in the international waters of the Black Sea.
The "Chevalier Paul" frigate has scheduled a three-day stop-over in Constanţa Harbor, during which the Commander of the frigate will meet with the Fleet Commander and the local civil authorities in Constanţa. The French military sailors will participate in friendly sports competitions at the Naval Academy "Mircea cel Bătrân"and will visit the tourist attractions on the Romanian seaside.
The event is part of the process of strengthening security in the Eastern and Southern areas of NATO by adopting firm measures to respond to all threats.
