6.171 new cases of people infected with SARS-CoV-2

6.171 new cases of people infected with SARS-CoV-2 have been registered today, following the performance of 25.185 tests at national level, the Strategic Communication Group informed on Tuesday. These are cases that have not previously had a positive test.

So far, 565.758 cases of people infected with the new coronavirus have been confirmed in Romania. 465.050 were declared healed.

To date, 4.461.315 tests have been processed at national level. Of these, 25.185 were performed since the last report, 15.740 based on medical protocol and 9.l445 on request.
