-: We don't know much about what the Russian Federation is doing now - Moldova's hybrid information war...
-: Our future is across the Prut, from Brussels to the Atlantic Ocean, not towards the Urals.
-: We are Europe, geographically we are home. By this we confirm the fact.
-: Let's go the European way.
-: Let's get rid of this need for Russia.
At the three polling stations in the "Gheorghe Asachi" high school in the centre of Chisinau, there was a queue from the first hours after the ballot boxes opened.
The procedure is developing at an intense pace, Ovidiu Naftanaila, first collaborator of the Romanian Embassy in the Republic of Moldova and president of one of the polling stations, told Radio Chisinau.
Ovidiu Naftanaila: We see an increased interest among voters for the European parliamentary elections. People come with expectations and are aware of the importance of these elections.
For Romanian citizens in the Republic of Moldova, the authorities in Bucharest opened today a record number of 52 polling stations, 16 more than in the 2019 European Parliament elections.
