Vintage phones, displayed at the Museum in Goleşti
The pieces exhibited date from the period 1898-1985. Among them, the phones with crank, phones, campaign and a phone used by Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej.

For three months, the Goleşti Mansion Complex in Goleşti has exhibited vintage phones, dating from the period 1898-1985.
They are presented in an exhibition under the title "the phone-over time".
All those who are in love with the technique of cable broadcasts, from cell phones, phones with crank, campaign, with bells, office phones, or PBX, old wall can to see them here.
They are functional and have a peculiar scent.

The 45 pieces, of which 5 are in the category of "Treasures" are part of Buzău County Museum's collection and will be presented in a traveling temporary exhibitions.
The oldest piece is an Ericsson phone model that dates back to 1898 and was manufactured for almost two decades.
Another interesting exhibit is a camera phone, artisanal (pictured below), dating from 1950, which had belonged to the former Communist leader Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej.
