Unit 1 of the Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant, resynchronized

Unit 1 of the Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant was resynchronized, today, to the National Energy System, after the completion of the filtration system repair work.
The unit had been shut down in a controlled manner on the afternoon of August 26.
The stoppage and repairs had no impact on the personnel, nuclear safety, the environment and the population, reports the Nuclearelectrica National Society.
