Ukrainians with biometric passports can enter Romania without a visa
Citizens of the Republic of Ukraine, owners of biometric passports, can enter Romania starting today

Citizens of the Republic of Ukraine, owners of biometric passports, can enter Romania starting today, June 11, and can remain on the Romanian territory without the obligation to have a visa for stays of a total duration not exceeding 90 days, during any six-month period.
Entry into Romania without a visa for the Ukrainian citizens is permitted if they present the documents that justify the purpose and conditions of their stay and the proof in they have the adequate means both for financial support for the length of their stay, for their return to the country of origin or for their transit to another state where there is certainty that they will be allowed to enter.
The General Inspectorate of the Border Police states that the provisions of the Agreement on Small Border Traffic concluded between the Governments of Romania and Ukraine remain in force.
