Transfagarasan and Transalpina closed to road traffic

From Tuesday morning, starting 8:00 am, road traffic will be closed on National Road 7C - Transfagarasan, between kilometers 104 and 130, between Piscu Negru and Balea Cascada.
The road company has taken this measure because the temperature has dropped sharply in recent days; it is now between -3 and -11 degrees Celsius and precipitation in the form of sleet and snow is endangering traffic safety.
Since Monday morning, another high-altitude road, DN67C - Transalpina, between Ranca and Curpat, has also been closed due to weather conditions.
