Tourism employers are demanding the postponement of the school start date until September 18 instead of September 11, as was foreseen in the project on the structure of the next school year.
Employers' representatives claim that an extra week of vacation will allow everyone to enjoy the beautiful weather and special rates at the seaside or mountain resorts.
At the same time, they believe that it is more important to extend the holiday in September instead of introducing a one-week holiday in October.
We remind you that the structure of the next school year is under public debate, according to which classes would start on September 11 and end on June 21.
In total, there would be 36 weeks of school, divided into modules.
