"Three scenarios" for the salary scale in education

The Minister of Education, Ligia Deca, states that there will be three grid scenarios in terms of salary in the education system, but that they will all start from the principle that the salary of the debutant or university assistant must be equal to the average gross salary in the economy.
Yesterday, there were new discussions at the Ministry of Labor. The parties agreed that mixed technical teams will work on the elaboration of the variants, which will be sent for the impact assessment and then the political decision will be made within the coalition.
Minister Ligia Deca wanted to emphasize that the unions and the authorities support a salary that is as motivating as possible for teaching staff, but that the way in which this system is financially sustainable must be determined.
