Those travelling by air will benefit from a number of facilities with Romania's entry into the Schengen air space.
Among them is the abolition of the obligation to present additional documents for minors accompanied by a single parent, said David Ciceo, president of the Romanian Airports Association, during a debate.
David Ciceo: 70% will no longer be checked either on departure or in the departure lounges, I'm referring to the Schengen area, and the paperwork required for minor children in the Schengen area if they are not accompanied by both parents is eliminated.
Flows are adapted, regional airports have also invested a lot in infrastructure in recent years, as well as in safety and security.
