Pianist Horia Mihail - soloist of the Radio Orchestras and Choirs - sang on Sunday evening, in an unconventional place, Herăstrău Park in the capital.
The concert is part of a national tour, which reached its third edition, called "the traveler piano”.
Radio Romania project has resulted from the need to gather classical music lovers within the country, which for one reason or another until now have not had the opportunity to attend a piano recital.
Pianist Horia Mihail’s tournament and his piano started in late March in Timis County and will include 15 cities this year.
At the end, the piano will be donated to the city of Tulcea.
This is the third piano concert that leaves Radio Romania studios to enjoy people’s souls who currently have little chance to see and listen to classical music concerts.
"The traveller piano" has become a brand itself
"The traveller piano" was originally an idea, a dream transformed into reality, and not because of the public or the pianist, but because of the organizational issues - says Radio Romania Cultural Director, Oltea Serban-Parau.
