Employees of the Senate have protested once again against the staff reduction plan announced by the President of the Senate, Ilie Bolojan.
They accuse lack of dialog and mismanagement of posts.
They demand a fair analysis and proper justification of the measures.
The Senate's Permanent Bureau approved on Monday the reorganization of the institution and the new organizational chart.
The measures, says the explanatory memorandum, resize the organizational structure of the Senate in line with the needs of the current legislature by abolishing some posts and streamlining information flows between structures.
Around 200 posts would be abolished and the total number of Senate staff would fall to around 618.
