The Romanian citizens who were stranded in South Africa, after the suspension of flights to the European Union, will arrive today, at noon, at Otopeni Airport.
According to the new rules imposed after the identification of the Omicron strain of coronavirus, all passengers will be tested and quarantined.
The approximately 50 seats available on the TAROM aircraft that flew to Pretoria were offered to other EU member states in order to repatriate their citizens through the European civil protection mechanism.
