The Ministry of Education will change the rules of entry to the preparatory class starting next year.
Stelian Fedorca, Secretary of State for higher education, said he will return to the old methods school enrollment methodology.
This will discard the four stages, the criteria according to which penalties are given priority enrolling children orphans, single parent families or who have a medical certificate for employment of disabled-said Stelian Fedorca, Secretary of State for higher education.
The changes will go into effect in March 2013, when they start preparatory class enrollments.
There is therefore only one stage of registration of children in the preparatory class, it will be a record, if a parent wants to register the child at multiple schools.
Since next year, children who turn six years until the beginning of the school year will be enrolled in the preparatory class, not directly in the class I as provided for, the methodology in place, as well.
Stelian Fedorca has announced that all the changes will be published in January, next year.
Entries for the 2012-2013 school year, that took place in four stages, resulted in the spring, discontent from many parents who wanted to enroll children at another school than the one near home.
Some parents have chosen to change their place of residence, in order to increase your chances of signing up your child at the school.
