The "Photovoltaic Green House" program has been suspended

The "Photovoltaic Green House" program was suspended, after the Oradea Court of Appeal admitted the request of one of the installers who were not validated by the Environment Fund Administration.
The company was unhappy that it was not accepted on the list of installers approved by the AFM, because it did not have a certain document in its file, and contested the rejection of its file in court.
AFM announced that it will submit an appeal to the Oradea Court of Appeal in order to unblock and resume the "Green Photovoltaic House" Program 2023 as soon as possible.
