The newly appointed ambassador of the state of Israel in Romania

RADIO ROMANIA NEWS - The newly appointed ambassador of the State of Israel in Romania, Reuven Azar, has arrived in Bucharest, the Embassy announced.
A career diplomat, Reuven Azar was until recently the director of the Israel-US-China Working Group within the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He previously served as Deputy Advisor for National Security and Foreign Policy on the National Security Council, and Foreign Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister of Israel.
He was also deputy ambassador in the United States for four years.
The diplomat speaks English, Spanish and Arabic fluently, and currently studies the Romanian language, the Israeli Embassy also reported.
