The law amending and supplementing some normative acts in the field of national defense aimed at military missions abroad was promulgated on Friday by President Klaus Iohannis.
One of the amendments states that personnel participating in missions and operations under the mandate or leadership of international organizations shall enjoy established rights only if they are not provided by the international organizations under whose auspices the missions and operations are conducted.
Also, during the missions abroad, the personnel benefit from daily allowances, established for each category, provided by the law on the participation of the armed forces in missions outside the territory Romania.
