The great winners of Radio Romania Cultural Gala
Radio Romania statement: Angela Gheorghiu, Victor Rebengiuc and Razvan Stoica are the great winners of Radio Romania Cultural Gala.

We followed them, invited them, listened to them, appreciated them and now is the time to award them.
Those who made performance in different fields of culture in 2013 will receive awards, but also precious applauses at opened scene, Monday, March the 24th, starting 19:00, at Odeon Theater, within the 14th edition of Radio Romania Cultural Gala Awards.
Actors Medeea Marinescu and Vlad Zamfirescu will be the host of the gala, and the musical moments will be performed, with energy and virtuosity, by Radio Big Band. Conductor: Ionel Tudor. Singer: Ana Cristina Leonte.
The event will be live broadcast at Radio Romania Cultural and also on www.radioromaniacultural.ro .
Within the gala, there will given awards at ten sections, as well as three special awards, whose winners are already known:
The Excellence Price will be awarded to actor Victor Rebengiuc.
The Lux Mundi Price will be awarded to soprano Angela Gheorghiu.
The “in memoriam” Price Iosif Sava will be awarded to violinist Razvan Stoica.
The nominalizations on categories at Radio Romania Cultural Gala are the following:
At Poetry, the nominalizations are: Dan Sociu, “Come with me, I know exactly where we are going”, Tractus Arte Publishing House; Ioana Nicolae, “Autoimmune”, Romanian Book Publishing House; Andrei Dosa, “American Experience”, Romanian Book Publishing House.
At Prose, the nominalizations are: Liliana Corobca, “Kinderland”, Romanian Book Publishing House; Marin Malaicu-Hondrari, “The Lunetist”, Polirom Publishing House; Varujan Vosganian, “The game of the one hundred leaves and other stories”, Polirom Publishing House.
At Movie, the nominalizations are: “When the night falls over Bucharest or Metabolism” by Corneliu Porumboiu; “Child’s Pose” by Calin Peter Netzer; “At the lower limit of the sky” by Igor Cobileanski.
At Theater, the nominalizations are: Miriam Raducanu, for “Dream poetry” spectacle, at UnTeatru; Mihai Constantin, for the “Mayor in Gogol Reviser”, at the National Theater Bucharest; director Alexandru Dabija for the modern vision on the classical text in the spectacle “triad”: “A…chest”, at the Youth Theater in Piatra Neamt, “Sanziana si Pepelea”, at the National Theater in Cluj and “Titanic Walt”, at Oden Theater.
At Arts, the nominalizations are: Horea Pastina for the retrospective exhibition of painting and drawing from Dalles Hall; Silviu Oravitzan for the painting exhibition from the Romanian Peasant Museum and Mogosoaia Palace; Paul Gherasim for the “Painting shadows” exhibition in September 2013 at the Antique Store Gallery “Curtea Veche” and Logos in November 2013 at the Byzantine Book Store.
At music, the nominalizations are: Nicolas Simion –for the “Clasic meets jazz” Project, the launching of the double album dedicated to Jancy Korossy; Oana Catalina Chitu –“Divine” Album; Nicu Alifantis for the “Mozaic” album and concerts.
At education and instruction, the list of nominalizations is: “Where the law exists, there is no bargain” –the juridical education project initiated by the Analyses Service and Crime Prevention Bucharest; Arhipera School Summer dedicated to the participative social architecture organized by the Romania Soros Foundation; the Interaxe Project from Dobrogea developed by the European Association Interaxe and financed by the National Cultural Administration Fund.
The nominees at Science category are: writer Nicolae Remulus Daramus; Prof. Univ. Dr. Marin Carciumaru, Humanist Sciences Faculty, Valahia University in Targoviste; Dr. Fiz. Nicolae Zamfir, the director of the Institute of Physics and Nuclear Engineering Horia Hulubei and the team with the project of laser and extreme light ELI-NP.
