The government postponed the discussions on the package of education laws

Yesterday, the government postponed the discussions on the package of education laws, which should have been adopted, according to the calendar, on March 23, in order to be sent to the Parliament later. The postponement was due to the absence of the Minister of Education, Ligia Deca, who is sick with COVID-19.
The Executive adopted two other normative acts, one approving Romania's participation in the international assessment of PISA 2025 students and another regarding the involvement of banks in the process of attracting European funds, the Government's objective being a 90% absorption this year.
